Refund and Return

At Conaprofrost, we aim to provide you with high-quality electrical products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The product is not a non-returnable item, such as clearance or personalized products. These exceptions will be specified on the product page.
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, etc.).
2. Return Process

You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@conaprofrost.com or call (606) 561-3517. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product to expedite the process.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your original order once we receive the returned product.
